Wellness practicioner incorporating reiki, rahanni and guided breathwork

Hi, I’m Eimear — a wellness practitioner based in the beautiful surroundings of Ballinskelligs, South Kerry, Ireland. I’m a trained Reiki Master, Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, Creative Mindfulness Practitioner for children, Rahanni Practitioner, and more recently, an Advanced Breathwork Instructor.

I am a primary school teacher with 13 years experience, where I have supported children with a wide range of needs and abilities. It was the increased levels of anxiety that I was witnessing amongst young children that was the catalyst in starting many of these courses, initially with children at the forefront of my mind, before subsequently moving on to supporting adults also.

Above all, I’m a proud mom to two wonderful children. They inspire me daily to grow, evolve, and explore the many paths of wellness in pursuit of being the best version of myself. I’m passionate about nature and deeply value its powerful, natural healing energy, which complements the various wellness practices I use to support my own health and wellbeing.

My journey began in 2015, initially focusing on children’s wellness through yoga and mindfulness. Since then, my practice has grown to include a range of holistic approaches. In 2023, I opened my own holistic practice with the intention of providing a safe, supportive space for both children and adults seeking guidance, healing, and connection.
